By accessing or using the REI Leads First CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
REI Leads First provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for real estate professionals and investors. Subscribers select one or more counties for which we deliver leads compiled from public foreclosure, probate, and related distressed-property records, along with tools to manage, contact, and track those leads through SMS, email, and appointment scheduling.
Lead data delivered under a county subscription is licensed to the subscribing user for that user's own outreach and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer lead data provided through the Service to any third party outside your own organization.
REI Leads First does not sell or resell the lead data it compiles to any third party.

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, including Google Workspace (Gmail and Calendar). By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
When using the Service to send SMS messages or emails, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from recipients as required by law. Please refer to our SMS Messaging Terms for more information regarding SMS compliance.
Lead data is compiled from public county records. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. You are responsible for independently verifying any lead information before relying on it for a business or legal decision.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
In no event shall REI Leads First be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
