REI Leads First ("we", "us", "our") operates a CRM platform used by licensed real estate professionals and investors to manage property-lead outreach. Leads are sourced through county-level public-records subscriptions — foreclosure filings, probate filings, and related distressed-property records that our platform collects, classifies, and delivers to subscribing users for their own outreach. This policy explains what information we collect (both from our subscribing users and, separately, from county public records) and how we use it.
REI Leads First's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When a user connects their Google account to our CRM, we request the following permissions:
gmail.send): used exclusively to send outreach emails from the CRM using your connected Gmail account.gmail.readonly): used solely to detect replies to emails sent through the CRM, so the reply can be logged against the correct lead. We do not read, scan, or store any email outside of threads the CRM itself initiated.calendar.readonly): used to check your existing availability when scheduling an appointment through the CRM.calendar.events): used to create, update, or remove calendar events that correspond to appointments scheduled through the CRM.Data obtained via Google APIs is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and is never used for any purpose beyond the specific feature it was collected for (sending your outreach emails, logging replies to your outreach, and managing your appointment calendar).
When an authorized CRM user asks the assistant a question, it retrieves only the specific CRM records needed to answer it — leads, activities, calls, tasks, or your own entered KPI figures — scoped to your organization alone, and sends them to our contracted AI model provider solely to generate that answer.
Our AI model provider processes this information on our behalf under its applicable business terms and data controls. We do not sell assistant questions, CRM context, or answers, or use them for third-party advertising.
We do not sell or resell property-lead data (owner names, property addresses, filing/case information, or contact details) to any third party. Lead data delivered to a subscribing county's users is for that subscriber's own outreach use only, under their subscription.
This is separate from the Google API data disclosure above: this section covers the county public-records lead data our platform itself compiles and delivers, not data obtained via Gmail/Calendar.
[Attorney flag: confirm this clause doesn't conflict with any existing terms in our own data-source/vendor agreements (e.g., an enrichment or skip-trace provider's own resale restrictions that might flow through to us) — worth a real review, not just a rewrite.]
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information obtained through the SMS consent process is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is not shared with third parties except service providers (such as our messaging carrier) strictly to operate the messaging program, and as required by law.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Messaging Terms for full details.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encryption of stored OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
