About This Program

REI Leads First is a CRM platform used by licensed agents and investors to communicate with property owners regarding potential property purchases, appointment scheduling, and related follow-up.

Agents and investors call property owners first; texts are follow-ups. Property owners receive text messages (SMS) after giving permission in one of two ways. Each permission is recorded with how and when it was given, and without permission on file the CRM blocks the text.

They text first: the property owner texts the agent or investor first. That message is recorded with its date and time.
Web opt-in form: A property owner submits their name, mobile number, and property address at reileadsfirst.com/sms-optin and ticks an unchecked consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from REI Leads First and its licensed agents about my property — including property and cash-offer messages, appointment confirmations, and replies and follow-ups to my inquiry — at the mobile number I provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy." The opt-in is recorded with a timestamp.

Giving permission is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Messages are sent only by licensed agents and investors. Message frequency varies based on the property owner's interaction with the agent.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

You can also reply HELP at any time to receive support contact information.

Your phone number and contact information are used solely for the purpose described above. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
